When you place your order, we are doing everything we can to ship as fast as we can. Orders typically require 1-2 business days to process and ship. If you placed your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we'll ship your order out on the following business day. Snappees™ are machine washable and dryer safe. Put your Snappees™ with your regular laundry on a warm wash. Snappee™ then put them in the dryer them on a low heat. This process will return your Snappees™ to the original size.
You can cancel your membership to CurlCollege by emailing in at info@swirlycurlyhair.com. Be sure to include the reason for your request and that it has been less than 30 days since your initial purchase. All refund requests made +30 days after initial purchase are final.
If any of your SwirlyCurly products breaks you can utilize our SwirlyCurly Lifetime Warranty! Just email us at info@swirlycurlyhair.com and be sure to include a picture of the broken product and the product details.
