Watch this video here on how to use your Snappee products. This video will include how to use Snappee hair ties, Snappee scrunchies and Snappee headbands.

How do I wash and dry my Snappee products?

Snappees™ are machine washable and dryer safe. Put your Snappees™ with your regular laundry on a warm wash. Snappee™ then put them in the dryer them on a low heat. This process will return your Snappees™ to the original size.

How do I use the lifetime warranty?

Does SwirlyCurly ship international?

Yes, we can deliver your package even if you are not located within the US or Canada. 

When will my order ship out?

When you place your order, we are doing everything we can to ship as fast as we can. Orders typically require 1-2 business days to process and ship. If you placed your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we'll ship your order out on the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships out.

When will I receive my order?

Once your order is placed there is a 1-2 day processing time to package your order M-F. If your order is placed over the weekend it will be processed on Monday. Please add this processing time to the below shipping times to know when you can expect your order.

We offer two shipping rates. Once your order ships out, here is a timeline of when you can expect your items:

USPS FIRST CLASS: 4-7 Days (from ship date)

USPS PRIORITY  MAIL: 2-3 Days (from ship date)

International orders typically take 2-3 weeks from the ship date.

Can I cancel my order after its placed?

In an effort to deliver shipments as quickly as possible, we unfortunately, cannot modify or cancel your order once it has been placed. This also includes changes to shipping address & shipping methods.

How much does shipping and handling cost on international orders?

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout & will vary depending on the number of items purchased. International customers are responsible for the shipping fees, duty and taxes associated with the importation of their orders.

What's your refund policy?

We are currently accepting physical product returns at this time. We ask that you please reach out to info@swirlycurlyhair.com to initiate your return. ALL returns must go through customer service or it will not be honored. Please do not ship back a return without having it processed through customer service. These returns will not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding. 

What do I do if my products arrived damaged?

Please be sure to reach out to customer service immediately with a photo of the damaged products.

How do I use Afterpay?

In order to use AfterPay, you will need to add items to your cart as normal. You will then be asked to fill out your payment information first and then you will select AfterPay.

You can cancel your membership to CurlCollege by emailing in at info@swirlycurlyhair.com. Be sure to include the reason for your request and that it has been less than 30 days since your initial purchase. All refund requests made +30 days after initial purchase are final.
